For a long time I believed authority meant having a title, a certificate, or someone else's permission. It took me years to understand that the women who trust me do not follow a résumé — they follow a rhythm. They follow consistency, honesty, and the sense that I have actually lived what I share.
Your lived experience is not a smaller version of expertise. It is its own kind. When you have walked through something — a move, a loss, a beginning, a slow rebuilding of confidence — you carry a map that no course can hand you. The work is learning to draw that map clearly enough that another woman can follow it.
Start by naming what you already know in your body. Write the moments where someone asked you 'how did you do that?' Those questions are the seeds of everything you will build — products, guides, conversations, a community.
Trust is built in public, slowly. Share the process, not just the polished result. Let people see the care behind your choices. That care is the brand. Everything else — the shop, the courses, the circle — grows from it.
